It's a lovely house and really well presented but I agree that there's a bit more decluttering to do. Totally agree with all those who have said to hide the toiletries, move the printer and cut down on visible guitars, gorgeous as they are. The kitchen looks great but my first impression was that it was very small and might be difficult to cook in. On a closer look it does seem fine but I agree that putting the washing up bowl, trivets and chopping boards away would help a great deal. Could the microwave temporarily go at the end of the long counter that the sink forms part of, like right near the door? Would free up valuable hob-side space!
Good luck, it does look lovely overall.0 -

I don't think you need to redecorate at all. Most buyers will have their own plans for decoration - you can't second-guess what your buyers will want and you can't please all the people, so just leave "as is".
Garden - I love the fireplace. Wonder if you can get an architectural plant to place in the centre? A bit of green against the white background would be great. Personally, I wouldn't bother to clean the flags too much. Weathered is good IMO rather than "B&Q new". Weed in between the cracks though and a coat of linseed oil worked in with wire wool would make the world of difference to your furniture.
I shall be in the minority with you. I definitely prefer the weathered look if it's concrete slabs.
I agree with MRs E about taking the rugs up. I live with rugs in the house but when I sell I take them up as it does appear to increase floorspace. When you are selling you do have to live slightly differently. I had a little Ikea storage box that I would throw all the cheap bath stuff into and hide that and the bath mat behind the bath for viewings in the last house. The idea is that viewers see nothing on worktops, tables etc. that isn't designed for show - so if it isn't an ornament and it's a purely functional item, hide it.
Overall your house is very nice. I don't know about price but if it were correctly priced and I was looking, I would view.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

1. Taking out the rug in the living room will make it appear more spacious. Also, the second photo makes the room look smaller, so I would remove this.
2. A floorplan would be good. Is the second bedroom double or single? Would the "study" fit a bed or cot?
3. Completely de-clutter the bathroom, tie the shower curtain back or up, and re-take the photo.
4. A quick look on Rightmove tells me there's 37 properties with at least 2 bedrooms and under £120k within 1/2 mile of Richmond Road. THIS one has 3 bedrooms for the same price... Saying that, yours comes across as very nicely presented. Your problem could be that buyers DO have a lot of choice.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
