Well it's 5 weeks and still no broadband...
I have sent another request/complaint to Sky and still absolutely no reply yet....
Sent emails to TELAER (These are the people that Sky passed me on to when I subscribed), and absolutely no reply...
Rang TELAER again - informed me they only do the TV sales and installs (Even though it was TELAER who actually "checked availability" of the broadband in my area and confirmed I could get it.... I NOW KNOW THAT THEY BULLSH**ED ME ABOUT TALK AND BROADBAND SO THEY COULD GET THEIR FOOT IN THE DOOR TO INSTALL THE TV SYSTEM).

I just want my bloody broadband that they sold me but Sky are not interested.

(The facebook group ISN'T me FYI!)

underlay,have you tried https://www.skyuser.co.uk ? I know for a fact that they watch that forum eagerly! (in fact they sacked 2 workers for posting on it when it started up!)
