  • Not sure about your prospect of having it removed, sorry, but this guy sounds like a real idiot. Could we have his ID please so we can block him?

Hi all, sorry to bump this thread again. I have received neg feeback because of this, the comment he left was " Ignorant.Needs to learn how to use E-bay. I paid immediately and got no f/back " I have left a follow up comment saying neg received as I did not leave them the instant (optional) feedback they demanded. Is there any way of getting this removed? I have had a look & the rules are not very clear to me.
    Many thanks

You can leave a response to his feedback - something along the lines of "tw**" would seem appropriate (i know you will need to be more restrained than that).

Yes you are. Often peeps post sellers / buyers to avoid so we can put on all our blocked list. :D

That's removable under the feedback abuse policy - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html

The comment, reply or follow-up references a completely separate transaction or unrelated experience.

It may be worth posting a link to their "feedback left for others" page - we can judge for ourselves whether we would want to deal with them or not, without anyone being judgemental or incriminating.

I read the negatives as a buyer, but tbh it's the response from the seller that decides it for me.
So who would you buy from?

  • I'd have ignored it and just posted the item, feedback is an aside. If someone's acting a little screwy it's better to keep it simple and move onto the next thing.
