  • Hi all - I'm in again - for week two! Thanks for running this thread, so far it's really helping me stay focussed.

This afternoon I've cooked a roast and ate it whilst watching the GP (well done Button!), now I've done all the dishes and tidied away in the kitchen, washed all the tea towels and dusters, got lunch and brekkie ready for tomorrow, laid out all my clothes and done all my ironing for the week. Feeling very organised!

My plan for this week is to do at least level 1 every day, if not level 2. I also have a huge box of paper to be shredded. I might try to do 5 mins of shredding every day.

Hope you all have a lovely week!

I have changed the option and it STILL won't subscribe

I wonder if I have been banned?

Maybe it reckons you don't need to subscribe... you should know where to find it! Just remember to put it back where you found it (on the front page of OS) and it'll be there when you get back...:D

    Level Three
    Tidy a box of 'stuff'
Tidy up the floordrobe, inc. shoes bags and toiletries.

    Extras

I really do need to get the bedroom done this week, as it's only had the bedding dealt with and a quick S&S for the last few weeks. As downstairs had a fairly thorough going over on Friday night (thanks to the spiders ), I should try to concentrate on upstairs. I think I might need to start doing a plan like dusty's, but I'm really having trouble getting much other than unpacking/repacking done at the end of each day.

  • I'm in again but still having a rather overly busy time so will follow my own lists this week.

But if anyone can point me to somewhere with traditional advent calendars (ie nativity scene & no chocolate) for less than £1.50 each I'd be very grateful! Seemed a sensible option when discussing it at school but 'tis proving impossible to find any...wanders back to Google..

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

    Hi,

    Thanks Pigpen, Toots & Soappie.

    Hugs to Fedup.

    Welcome to the newbies.

I'm in again. I want to decorate my passage but I'm skint so i'm going to have a rummage in the shed tomorrow. I know there's loads of odds and ends of paint in there, i might find enough to do it. I don't know what colour it'll be though:cool:, it could be interesting.

MOAM i saw some non chocolate advent calenders in Martins newsagents the other day but i don't remember if they had a nativity scene on them or not. I'll be going in to town on Tuesday so i'll have a look and see.

I have an advent candle for school we let it burn down a bit each day, I know I know its a fire risk but I have ks2 and they are soooo very quiet when it's lit :)

Busy week for me, 2 evenings of parent consultations so not sure I'll do much in the way of flying BUT I will try :)
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last
