Just a quick reply before I go to sleep.
I shamelessly skim read the thread for replies to my dilemma from earlier - and wanted to say thanks to everyone, had a wee chat with DH about it tonight, we are going to see what his teacher says at Parents Evening and not put words in her mouth and let her just give us her take.
If we feel we need to we will ask for an appointment with her and SENCO who is also a teacher in his year so probably knows him anyway.
I'm going to call at the surgery tomorrow to collect a photocopy that the GP said she'd do for me of all the bumpf that the specialist included in her letter back to the GP when the referral was cancelled.
Also wanted to say jinky - completely take your point that there may not even be a problem. The main reason I wanted to follow it up was because after years f having doubts and wondering I really reached the very very very very end of my tether last month, ad 10 days or so where I cried at least once a day about the way our family life is at the moment, the strain the constant conflict puts on the other children and on me and on our relationships. We just weren't functioning as a family at all. We needed (still need really) help and didnt know where to turn. But then yes, perhaps you're right and that's just him. Sigh.
And la-la thanks for the PM.

Also Happy Birthday PenPen hope you had a lvoely day, that cake sounds delish!

And hugs to frodders, fedup and jinky and anyone else I have missed.

OH! Almost forgot! Went to Slimming World tonight, lost 1.5 lbs so well chuffed with that :)

Done practically no flying today, just lots of fiddly jobs, and watched Stargate Universe with DH tonight, so got a big big list tomorrow :) And as its all downstairs I can potter about with DD2 and Philip and Holly :T:T:T

Oh and my Sports Active game arrived today so hoping to give that a go tomorrow :)

    Night night!!!

    Morning All

DH decided to ring me at 5.10 this morning by mistake so I thought I may as well get up!

Back to work today so I won't have a lot of time to get things done but DH is away until Friday so I'll probably do some bits tonight while he isn't here. He came in last night and went on the computer so I never got on again.

I'm going to put the WM on now and then go and have a quick bath or shower. I also need to iron my trousers for work so I'll probably end up doing a HHI as well.

Hope everyone has a good day

    Hugs

    Morning everyone

Weather is awful here (makes me feel glum too :() but hopefully it'll clear up later, I could do with getting some washing dry .

Had a nice surprise yesterday, I doubled up on one of my cheques coming out of the bank and it was a biggie (£150) so I'm £150 richer this month than I thought I was :j. It wasn't my fault I missed it though, I'm usually very precise with my accounts ! For some reason it had gone through as a 'transfer' and not a 'CHQ' which is why I missed it . Not sure why, maybe the bank lost the original cheque . The people the other side have the money so it's definitely come out. Money will be saved and not spent :D.

At work this morning so no flying for me until this afternoon/evening but I've done a few jobs already so I haven't got a mountain to climb today. I can just potter while I cook. I'm glad there's a 'sort a cupboard' on there, been meaning to do this for a while now so that's one more job off my 'to do before xmas' list :D.

Have only skim read so I apologise for not mentioning anyone but hope you all are ok and those that need support and help get it. Huggzzz for you xxx

Have a good day everyone, I'll check in later ;).

You should try crochet ;) My nana taught me to knit over 40 years ago, and I taught myself to crochet last year, using The Happy Hooker and video tutorials on Youtube :D
DS came back for a brief visit from Germany (2 days and drove there and back), confirmed that his company is going to Afghan, just not who yet, so MEGA VIBES that it isn't him - though he wants to go the silly (lovely)boy that he is. Should stop saying that he's nearly 22, 6'4" with size 14 feet!!

Mega Vibes winging their way to you :A

Thank you all of you for your Birthday Wishes; I had a lovely day

Off to find a list :D
