Hello everyone,
Blimey this thread moves at the speed of light!
I have nearly finished cleaning my bedroom so that star will be mine. I have also washed the curtains and moved the wardrobe to hoover behind it for the first time in about six years:eek:! I've spent the evening phoning friends to invite them for a curry on Sunday as it will be my 40th birthday. I have no idea how I reached the age of 40 as I only feel about 22!! I don't feel mature enough to be 40!
Right, I'd better go and hang my CLEAN curtains up and finish hoovering. Then I can start on the spare room, which needs preparing for my next 'foster' son who is moving in next week. The new mattress for his bed arrived this morning and is in the living room. I will have to enlist the help of a neighbour to get it upstairs, but that's a job for tomorrow.
Rosepink, have a hug for you and your dog. My dogs are my babies and I can imagine your worry over your oldie. Dogs are fab even if they do create lots more cleaning work for their devoted flylady owners!
Have a good rest of the evening y'all. See you tomorrow.Aspire not to have more but to be more.

Evening all
Hope everyone is doing ok, don't think I'll manage to catch up completely. I'm just watching the thrifty ways tv show- they just showed someone put an awful lot of white vinegar in the washing machine!! Love the guy growing veg in hte middle of london...you can see my work from there!
We changed the bed last night, so before I go to bed tonight I'll try and do some more of the bedroom list. Lunches are just about done for tomorrow, I just need to do some quinoa to mix with my salad bits.
My busy evenings this week are getting less so, friend has cancelled our meal out on Thurs and I've managed to get the night off GB on wed. I'm glad as I do get very tired if I have too many nights out!
soappie - i didn't realise you're working. Good on you for getting the busMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Went to the gym... did about 10 minutes on the treadmill, then went to yoga - bad idea with a sprained ankle
Got home... have finished talking to my mother on the phone (WHY does she always phone when I need to eat?), so will find some food, repack for tomorrow and then think about doing the bedroom.
I hate doing the cleaning at this time of night...0
