Hi
I'm not sure if this is the place to request, but is it possible to join you this coming week?
Little intro: I have been trying to declutter my house and keep it clean and tidy since dec 08 before I returned to work after having DS, I yet each week I still spend trying to just keep on top of it. I did have a mad splurge where I did all the ironing(it could easilt have been 5black bags full) in 3 weeks flat, but it was the threat of MIL coming that did it, and I thought at the time, I can keep this up now. Well I'm sitting here looking at 2 basket full to do already, without what is in tumble!
So this is what I need in my life Motivation! I'm looking forward to having a plan to follow! If there is anything else I need to do please let me know. Thx TF x0 -
Morning ladies!
:xmastree:Welcome Twoflower hon! Xmas tree so they notice you are new.
LadyL - Oh wow, thank you for saying you missed me, with me not being able to do real lists and only posting once a day normally, I am always touched if someone actually mentions me. Don't forget to say hi on messenger next time you see me..
Toots - will be thinking of you, and yes I take them half way through a meal as taking them before was giving me heartburn. It's the amount I think, I must have graduated up to 4 tablets a bit too soon.
JayJay - wow - envious vibes here! Have a wonderful time hon
Jinky - love ya babes
Today will either be gardening (have my father visiting for the first time in 5 yrs - he lives in Yorkshire and doesn't get down here much and I cannot travel so it's been about 5 or 6 yrs since we saw each other) or if the weather is not good then tidying my craft corner as it is boxes piled on boxes piled on crates. We also have to go pick up a 3 tier steamer we won on freecycle to replace ours which has a split across one of the layers, and a broken handle.
I hope everyone has a peaceful and enjoyable Sunday. With warm gentleto all who need or want them.

Morning All
Had a great time at Zoe's yesterday - kids enjoyed themselves and JL was having a ball and bossing everyone about.
Not sure what's happening today yet - DH and DS are still in bed. Quite a few jobs need doing really but I'm off for a week now so I can attempt to get them done in the week.
Piggers - make sure you get some rest.
Glad you had a good time at the meet yesterday.
I'm going to have a bit of a wander round the forums I think and then I'll see what's happening later.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Good morning everyone :beer:I find jamming VERY satisfying...
I've found some damsons during my intrepid voyage to the bottom of my freezer (listen up Ray Mears - you may go on expeditions, but none as dangerous as to the interior of a chest freezer :rotfl: ). So today I shall be mostly jammin'
Off to tidy the kitchen then find a list.

Morning all and welcome Twoflower
Well, the tick tock clocks may have gone back, but my body clock hasn't!
I'm going to finish making the quince jelly this morning, walk the dog (at last! - she's not howled at the gate for the last two days) and then schlep I think.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Morning guys:hello:
Just popping in to say hello.
The Tag household are decorating like mad at the moment. Painting the hallway, stairs and landing this weekend. It's coming along nicely as well. And as usual I have gloss and paint dotted generously about my person and hair.
The bathroom is nearly done. Just a bit of painting left to do, flooring to go down and replace a few tiles around the sink that cracked cos I stood on them whilst painting
Right must crack on. Hope everyone is well and hugs where needed.

Morning All :hello:
Hiya Soappie, I'm the same, it may be 7.15am, but my body is yelling at me that it's 8.15. And the children did not care that Daddy told them that it's only 6.30, not 7.30, they were all awake nonetheless!
Good luck to the jammers, I wish you perfectly set pots!
We're playing catch here today. The children have been a little under the weather for the last few days, and I've been at work for the last 4 days  unprecedented!
I need to cook at least 2 meals (bolognaise and fish pie) + butternut squash/sweet potato/coconut soup. I want to make houmous, and some cakes or cookies of some description... That'll be me in the kitchen then!!
Goodness I'm hungry, off to find breakfast.

It was lovely and sunny first thing, so I was regretting turning down my brother's suggestion of a walk for my existing plan of going to pilates.... but its grey and overcast now, so probably a good thing!
One load of washing in, one more waiting. The ironing pile is actually nearly big enough to be worth the effort.
Part of me would quite like to have a lazy morning reading in bed, but I know I need to make the most of the opportunity to get my bodyclock properly set. I didn't wake up till about 7, which is still an hour later than I need to get up during the week0 -

Morning all,
I've had the same problem as soappie - I've been awake for ages (OH is still in bed fast asleep and I've already had a cup of tea, fed the cat, done 2 surveys and caught up with the thread)!
Thank you to serena, froddy, greenbee and rach for a lovely day out yesterday. It was just what I needed to cheer me up, and it was really nice to see everyone again and also meet serena's DSs. (How did DS1 like Camden in the end?) I think serena, her children and I certainly made the most of the tube system yesterday - I'll be an expert next time! lol Got home at around 9pm and then had a lovely dinner of my posh M&S butternut squash and goats cheese lasagne and garlic bread. It was yummy!
Big hugs to pigpen - I hope it all heals up soon and you won't be in pain any more.
Congratulations to Dusty on getting your drains fixed at last.
Nice to see Jinky, MSDiva and JayJay.
Hope your treatment goes well toots - I shall miss you this week - hope you're not too bored this time and get lots of rest.
Glad you had a nice time at Zoe's Jue - how is she? We were all saying yesterday at the meet that we wondered how she is now.
Your food is making me hungry SarahS - I made a nice butternut squash soup with coconut once, and I put a touch of garam masala in to give it an extra kick, and it was gorgeous! I need to find a nice recipe for leek and potato soup, as I want to use some of my homegrown leeks.
Morning TAG - will you be about this week at all? I've promised toots that as I'm on half-term that I'll do some HHCs, and you always used to be my partner in crime.
Welcome to Twoflower - it's always nice to have new members.
Pen - forgot to say before, but your piggies are gorgeous, and I like the most recent picture of you with that cute little piglet in too.
Glad your meds have been sorted out LadyL - do you feel up to coming to the cat and rabbit today? Don't worry if you're not able, I completely understand if you say no.
Have a good holiday msgnomey.
Well I've been writing this post now for quite a while - think I'm going to go and get dressed, have another cup of tea and some breakfast, and then put a load of washing on to decrease mount washmore.
Hugs to all who need or want them, and apologies to anyone who I've not mentioned personally.
