Sky havent reconnected my phone line, bill is paid in full. Advice please!!!

    Hi still not connected and thgis is whats happened. I was dissconnected for not paying the bill. But paid half the bill 11 days ago. And apparently i SHOULD of been reconnected within 2 days. The issue now is that they keep trying to reconnect my phone lines, but its not working. A CA manager has taken over the problem, and is passing it to his manager to resolve the probel asap.

    Altho it was my own fault for not paying the bill on time, for the last 10 days there has been a fault on my line, which isnt my fault but skys. Thought i would just update as i have had a few funny comments from people on here.
