Morning folks!
Had a little (~37g) bar of "Moser Roth" 'Mousse au chocolat' Classic Dark 85% Cocoa last night, with a cup of (decaf.) tea. Deeeelishh!
Still pleased with yesterday.
Just munching on a (bigger than yesterday) bowl of h/m museli. This time with 'rolled' oats, and some 'light choices' natural yoghurt - with probiotic cultures.. All I can say is, Thank Heavens for the currants/sultanas!!! [STRIKE]Bitter[/STRIKE] Sour or what......... _pale_
May your day be successful
EDIT: It was the orange one I had. I had the classic one the night before! Not that it matters: they're both gorgeous!0 -

660 cals per 100g, extremely energy dense food0 -
Morning :hello:
Mmmmmm, liking the look of that first chocolate but you can keep the orange one *spit spit* _pale_
mazzers, is it today you start your extra hours?? Good luck & hope you don't get too tired, just think of the ££££s, hopefully that'll keep you going!!
alias, are you off to that place beginning with P today, can't remember what it was called?? Have a fab time
gravity, hope the weight hasn't come back to haunt you, mine has but I've been VERY, VERY BAD!!
Have to go out again today, still no energy & feeling very lethargic. Doing a bit of housework last night actually perked me up a bit so I'm hoping once I'm moving about today I'll feel better. The Dyson is still dead so no hoovering for me though.
Just remembered it's called PiperdamI think.

Morning all, still hurricane weather here
where's the sun?
My new shifts start from today so gawd help me, i'm weary enough now.
I actually watched the exercise dvd yesterday, i was worn out watching.
The warm up looked bad enough so thought i'd just give that a go, wasnt as bad as it looked, but thats just the warm up (they were sweating on screen as much as me) will take it a bit further daily, if i get the energy now with the extra hours.
Sarah, sorry to hear about your mum, must be so stressful with everything else going on.0 -
Alias, have a good time, forgot you were off today, wear your swimsuit back to front, that should keep hubbys eyes off the cellulite0

Where are you all, you barstewards? Stop having lives and stuff.
I just went to the gym and wore my new gym clothes that actually fit me (well, a new pair of yoga pants and a vest top I found at the back of the cupboard that I bought from Matalan about nine years ago... no joke). I quite freaked myself out. I looked like I might belong there, which was nice, rather than the fat girl in the corner. And I had muscles, and stuff like that. Bits of me wobbled much less than before.
So that's exciting, though in other news I am officially bored sick of my packet food and want to eat real food again. Only a few more weeks, I know, but still... gah. I had a glass of red wine last night after my crappy day and it was a stupid thing to do really as it will only slow me down. But I realise you can't be good all the time.
So what are you all doing for the weekend? I'm taking my lovely little boy to Hamleys so he can choose a present for getting a good end-of-term report. Can't wait to see his eyes when we go in there....0 -
encoding movies and struggling with back pain
as i change shape i seam to have trouble sitting comfortably0 -
Do you know eric, I've had similar problems. WHen I sit on the train on the way home I find I'm getting real discomfort around the bottom of my ribs, and when I wriggle around I can feel things sort of rubbing together/squishing past each other. I've been trying to work out what it is for weeks and I think it must be that I had a big padding of fat there before, and now ribs and other bits of me like tendons and muscle are rubbing together for the first time and trying to work out where they go! I tried to exxplain it at the clinic and they just sort of looked at me blankly.0

Nothing planned for this weekend, mostly sleeping I hope
I'm ridiculously tired lately, feel like I've got lead in my boots when I'm walking!!
I've just been reading the SW thread & I'm getting mighty confused with HEA, HEB, A, B??!! What??!! I should probably read it when I'm not so tiredI am thinking of joining up though & there's a class held in my village so no excuse. I've never been to any 'losing weight' classes though so I'd need to pluck up courage first. Actually, wonder if my Sis would go with me?? Saw her today & she was saying how much weight she'd put on lately. Hmmm, how to ask without offending her??:rotfl:
Having G & slimiline T tonight, thank you Hanno for giving me that ideaI saw the mousse chocolate in Aldi today as well, sooooo tempted to get some, I actually put it in my trolley but then put it back on the shelf :A Unfortunately I didn't do the same with the bag of fruit pastilles
Off to watch Corrie now, hope I manage to stay awake, have a lovely weekend everyone.0 -
Sweet, choose two heathy eating a, and one or two healthy eating b daily, on either original (red) or green, along with all your free food (depending on whether green or red) plus your daily sins.
It's changed now though as other plans are available, dont know about those tho.
It'll all be explained in the class, and once you've got your books you could go it alone.
A tip i was given is to say your ideal weight is higher than you actually want as classes are free once you hit target, used to be anyway.
Sarah that made me laugh, the blank stares, they prob thought you were a bit mad :rotfl:0
