Real or Fake Parking Fine?

Hi there -

i was clamped by newlyn on friday for unpaid parking tickets in Brent it was one ticket - i paid 300 cash and 291 on my card - the money has been refunded on my card for some reason and now the baliff has called and left a vmail on my phone- do i need to contact him and pay it back or will this go away?

It will not go away but why not post on pepipoo to see if you could have the parking tickets re-set back to PCN or NtO stage (that is, if you did not get all the paperwork? Why else would you have ignored the ticket and not appealed as far as adjudication?).

On here what you have done is you've hijacked a very old thread, from 2 years ago! And it's nothing to do with your subject as it's a thread about a fake PCN from a private company. Yours is a Council PCN gone bad.

Whatever you do you cannot ignore this but you may as well post about what happened on pepipoo.

There's no mistake here - CEL have retained the 'Nottingham' number from the days their 'mail-drop' address was in that city.
The Liverpool address is also a mail-drop.
The scam is based at Colindale, NW9 as previously notified in other threads on this board.

BTW-this old thread has already been hijacked, why are you now rewarming it?
