It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Linda, wow that's less than 12 mins per mile, well done!

Kayleigh, there's the laws of nature, then there's the laws of decluttering... I'm always amazed at how many bin bags of rubbish comes from a small space. I got about 15 bags of clothes for the charity shop last year, I could have sworn there was no room in one wardrobe and one chest of drawers for them all, and they were still full of what I was keeping!

Overspent slightly at the car boot, but got some real bargains including xmas presents. Really enjoyed the talk about the crusades, and got one of my old books signed by the author.

Gave someone the finger for the first time in my life earlier, I was trying to park at the car boot sale, in a tiny carpark (more a wide verge) and someone nicked my space by driving in from the road, leaving me to manoevre out reversing. Git.
I'm thinking I might try putting some of the flat pack furniture together on my own, then I can get the £20 back off ex, since he keeps having headaches when he's supposed to come and help. There's no harm trying, if I can't manage it he's still there as a plan b.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Good point! :D

One box of papers emptied and converted into 2 black bags of rubbish and I still haven't found the CD or my car insurance documents (which I realised I need as it's up for renewal soon and I don't know when! ). If I can't find it by tomorrow evening, I'll ring the insurance company and ask them when it's due for renewal. At least I'm 1 box down though. I'm going for a shower in a minute then I'll get on with some dinner as I'm getting a bit peckish.
