    Hi there
    Hope your well.;)

I would just before its expected, maybe a week before, send them a quick reminder.
If you paid the £10 by cheque, check your bank account to see if they have debited the money.

And if you not received your SAR by then, you have the option of contacting the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) who may chase them up for you on your behalf, as you can if you want to complain about them, especially if they debited your money.
    ICO here:
    https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx

Good luck with this, please keep us posted.;)
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D
  • Not sure if I've made an error here. I sent Egg the letter saying that as they had already been found guilty............. etc rather than an SAR so didn't a cheque as I wasn't asking for information, just my money back.
I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Ramada/Days Inn BRG thread.

If it was just a complaint letter no cheque was needed and you should get a reply within 8 weeks, if not try ringing Egg customer services or lodge a complaint with the FOS.
