I'm in a similar position, with around £70 in vouchers deducted and still not refunded, although they have not yet queried this. They did tell me to give them until 24th October while it was investigated though.

I was told to wait until today and they did not get back, I made another phonecall this evening and was told to wait until Monday, I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 10 minutes and then the customer service agent came back on the phone and told me that the supervisor had authorised the issue of a promotional certificate of the same value in place of my missing gift certificates, credited to my account immediately. :j

Does anyone know if I could part exchange this "bargain" for a PS3? I have tried talking my son into having the XBox but, hes not keen, wants PS3 to play against his mates!

    thanks

you would probably get more cash as a sale but nothing stopping a P/EX at game or the like
given how cheap you got it you would probably not lose out

Sorry I'm a bit dim with the gaming stuff but what are the points for? I've bought the xbox for my son but was just going to buy him games for it  so it would be good for me to be more clued up before we give it to him at xmas :o

    Thanks

Have a wee look here -
    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/microsoftpoints.htm
This is assuming he'll be gaming online, and you'll need to buy him an x box live membership.

I use mine to buy new songs for the singing game 'Lips' :)
