Same here too. It has disappeared without word nor warning. You win some, you lose some. Until I hear from Amazon this will be going in the lose some pile.

EDIT: Santa will not be delivering an XBox via Amazon. Just spoke to customer services and apparently my order was cancelled at 11.43. To which I replied "but you not have emailed me about a cancellation. Hmmmph not very good customer service." Amazon person replies: "Sorry Madam, but we noticed that there was a pricing error and we cancelled the order. We will be letting you know by email within the hour". Once again, Madam, we do apologise for the inconvenience. If you would like to re-order it at the new price, you can".

Definitely in the lose some pile. Thanks anyway Shoppaholic it was good fun while it lasted.

We ordered after seeing the post last night - and on checking Amazon this morning the order has vanished. We paid part of the cost by Amazon vouchers and our voucher credit is still at zero, so interesting to see how that refunds (cash or voucher).

All I can say is thank you though to the OP - they were very brave and showed a complete lack of selfishness by posting. Even endangering their own order in the process.

This is the true spirit of this site and I salute you! (Compare this to the greed, selfishness and downright fraud going on over at the "Tesco Vouchers" posting - sickening).

OP - I hope you get your XBOX!!!!!

Not only that, just logged into my account and the Wireless Pack is not showing anymore and looks like it wont be coming but the XBox console has been put through at £91.xx so even better.

I hope others get through for people GLA.

I've just checked my amazon account and the wireless pack has gone so it looks like I'm just getting the console, even better really because I only wanted the console.

I had an email at 12:19 saying the console had been dispatched then two emails at 12:39 saying that the console had been removed from the order due to incorrect discount being applied. On the website it shows the console as being dispatched but no mention of the wireless pack. So I guess fingers crossed till Monday to see if it really has dispatched or not...
