At any point they cancel. Even when they have taken the money from your card they could still cancel it and refund you. Until its despatched its 50/50

i have bought glitches from other companies, currys and tescos direct and they have always been honoured not sure what amazons policy is....but always understood that if it goes through the checkout they have to honour the price.

ive ordered 5 or 6 items with a price glitch via amazon and all have been cancelled, my fingers are crossed for you all though !!

No they dont have to honour it. It is a offer to sell not a contract until item is despatched i believe.

I don't think companies have to honor the price, and its going through checkout means nothing. Sometimes you just get lucky and they send it out. The bigger the glitch/misprice, the less likely they are to honor it. I think the TV you got is the same one I did, and that "misprice" online is what people paid for the TV in some stores -- and the TV was a closeout model -- so I'm not so sure it was that big a deal that it got honored. I feel more like I got a good sale price than that I got a glitch on that one. Hopefully Amazon will ship these xboxes -- it'll be interesting to see!
