I have bought a website from BT (Eshop) and I have only had one sale , even though promised to be swamped with them!! I have been charged £1300, which I'm told is far too much. Feel cheated, what can i do???0

I have had to submit another enquiry to the bt rep via his profile as the issue I had regarding being overcharged is still occurring. Getting rather angry at the so called company now.
Bt rep this is the ref no: 110811 - 000876
please deal with this as a matter of urgency.0 -

Although I am very annoyed with BT in general I must admit that these forum e-mails appear to go to a team in Northern Ireland, and they seem to be the only ones who actually do what they say they are going to do, ie call back, contact people etc.
Don't know when you last contacted them but if it's been over 24hrs might be worth contacting them again and just quote your previous reference numbers.
I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved, the problem seems to lie with BT Openreach who; 1) wont speak with us the consumer and 2) dont speak with each other either-for example I am aware of several 'like' faults in my area, I am waiting for yet another engineer to come out and the other day there was one outside my house working on the box that my line goes into...but he couldn't work on mine and he wasn't aware of these other faults. Crazy...and not a cost effective system to boot0 -
Can anyone tell me as to how I register a complaint with BT and not do it over the phone. I have just joint BT and my line become active on the 9th August but none of the calling features work. Have tried for over three days to get them to activate it but no joy, it all seems to difficult to do. Also my broadband was meant to go live on the 9th as well but have now been told it will be the 18th as for some reason my Broadband order got cancelled. O2 have cancelled my broadband thus at this moment in time I have no internet at home and having to use expensive mobile internet.
I just want to make a official complaint but everytime I say I want to do this to the customer service department I get fobbed off!!!!
Really not happy with BT and wished I had stayed with O2.0 -

Try this address, I'd suggest recorded so that there cannot be any misunderstanding.:

Also, what have the Customer Services Team said about your services? Is your line working OK? Rather than jumping straight to a formal letter (as it's only a few days) it may be worth asking if a Supervisor could speak to you?0

Chr15 - I have tried to speak to a supervisor but every time am put on hold waiting. The telephone line is working fine apart from the calling features which are still not working. The Broadband was meant to have come online on the 9th August but for whatever reason BT cancelled my order (even though in the order tracking it kept saying that my order was to be completed on time). Also what is really annoying is that have spoken to over three different people all promising to process my order and all three have failed to do so. I am left with no Broadband and no voicemail, annoying.
Thanks for the address will ensure it is sent recorded del.0 -
BT are really scraping the bottom of the barrell , my daughter informed BT that she was leaving at the end of the month this being the month when the contract was to end she insisted it not to be re instated on the rolling contract , she then arranged for the Post Office telephone , at the end of the month she expected it all to change over autimaticly ,as the Post Office said they would handle the matter ,she also paid up her bill and as prommised she was to await the final bill from BT, BT cut her phone of (at the worst possible time for her as she wa sheavily pregnant and due at anytime within the coming week , you can imagine her stress levels and blood pressure it went through the roof as she is catogory A for alert because of her health condition due to an illness, she needed the phone for the event of any emergency , she contacted BT who informed her that they would re instate her phone provided she pay in advance the next quarterly rental , she informed them that she was due to leave BT within the week as it was all arranged , this cut no ice with them they insisted she pays the next quarter ?. i am so angry with this bunch of shysters , thats all BT are A BUNCH OF SHYSTERS , so she paid this advance for something she will not have but they demanded this payment so she paid but instead of the 95 pounds they asked for she agreed to pay the 60 pounds and the difference would be forwarded to her , so they put her back online and the next week she switched to POST OFFICE (who ive been with for several years since i had a bad time with BT as well) they are brilliant and have a wonderfull call centre , i digress sorry lol , anyway back to the BUNCH OF SHYSTERS BT , they have not notified her of any balance outstanding since the troubles and she took it that she would get back her deposit or should i say advance rental ? instead she got a letter from debt collectors today demanding 20 pounds gggggrrrrr i am livid and need to get a e mail or directors address so i can give them a peice of my mind ( my daughter had a baby girl the week after she joined the POST OFFICE ) ,
if anyone can make sensible sugestions please do thank you
