Thanks for the welcome Don. Didn't quite make it for November but should be BR by next week. Spoke to A.I.B this morning and posted off form. He's told me to ring them next week to check how things are going and I should have all in writing in 2 to 3 weeks time.

i have to say i have never slept so well for a long time, best thing i did was going br. it was worth the bit of worry and aggro. i may not have much money but i can cope and i can pay for car and snoopy the dog loves me, what more can u ask for.:beer::T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T. all the very best to u all for now and xmass.

Is was made BR on Thursday 26 November. The whole process has been fairly smooth and suprisingly quick. I made the decision to go BR in mid November after a real tough year, I had been paying £400 a month in to a DMP from a £1,200 salary. The court hearing went well, the judge was a little scarey, I think she was trying to put the wind up me a bit. I had my OR interview yesterday, only 10 days after court, the call lasted 30 minutes and the lady was very friendly and understanding. Despite all the warnings on here not to crack jokes during the interview I couldn't help myself but she laughed along which made the call a little easier. Just waiting for her to complie her her report, when I receive this I will at last, hopefully, be at total ease.

The thing that has amazed me is I have heard very little as yet from my creditors. My last DMP payment was due on November 25 however I cancelled the payment to cover my BR fees. I have had one letter from my bank saying there were no funds to pay my car insurance DD, they didn't pay it but they did charge £35! Also had a a letter from one of my CC suppliers who said I have have missed a payment, but no phone calls. When I was setting up a DMP and missed one payment I was getting some horrible calls from my creditors.

Any way thats where I am at the moment, I hope everyone else is the November
