Well, I'm not sure of the relevance of your source to be honest. It describes an incident which happened. I backed up my statement with a study, as you requested.

Your one older incident doesn't really disprove a study, does it?

it is 'sketchy' as the whole thing is such a grey area i doubt a great deal of people will understand it on here as some are even unsure as to the differance between a bootleg album and piracy.
