hi jean the bean i'm in the same boat as you could you post the number you called to get a copy of the service record from hhfs please i spoke to someone but no one has got back to me and without the service history resale is pants, iv got a replacement book with only 1 stamp for the 30k service arnold are supposed to have carried out but the air filter was filthy so dont have any faith in them and i am getting an oil and filter change done to be sure, i should have known better, was introduced to the sales manager by a friend and he seemed to be looking out for me as he rejected 2 cars before this one, first 1 for an injector problem and the second for a previous accident which hadnt been repaired to well and the rear suspention was out of alignment, so i didnt check the wallet before driving away and the salesman told it would be sent on from the dealer then a replacement would be given and stamped up to date, went over to the vw dealer today to have it done to be told they could only stamp the last one as thats all they had on there computer and the sales manger is in spain for the next 2 weeks0

:rotfl: Arnold is getting worse and worse at selling ex fleet crap.
Worries me even more when I see Arnold Clark Finance cars at auction - obviously too bad to be peddled on the forecourts so hearing these stories just how bad are they? :rotfl:0 -
Can anyone help with that phone number for HHFS plz?
I'm about to buy a Mazda car through a Mazda dealer- am getting a bit knocked off the price as there's no full service history. Note mazda have a computerised system for mazda service history. It's a 57 number plate but only done 19,000 miles, the one previous owner is HHFS. anyone think i should be wary of the low mileage - there's no way i can check they've not illegally changed the mileage is there?
Mazda have done a service a month ago and logged that on their computerised system. Nothing shows up on their HPI.0 -
should be fine mate ex lease car its an email address you need and its hhfleetmaintenance@helphire.co.uk got an email next day with the history of every penny they paid out hope this helps0
