  • ok maximouse time for bed for you me thinks lol your mental ;) twill be a shame when everyone find what they looking for next week whats gonna happen to this thread? where will we all go is there gonna be a thread put up for all x hamster hunters ?? i quite like it here and dont want to go!!!

Don't worry just yet, after all the people this week get them there will be more people coming on to find out where to buy things from, some people probably think they are lucky that their kids haven't asked for them yet but it would be just their luck that their kids ask for them 2 weeks before Xmas and there is nothing left.

This thread will get even worse after next week because even if our regular hamster explorers find what they are looking for, then there will be a whole new batch desparately looking for stock in time for christmas  Hopefully those who have been successful will keep contributing info to the forum as it should be give and take. That's why I get so cheesed off when someone comes on, never posted or helped anyone before, and basically asks for all the info just to be given there and then without any effort on their part to look back for information already posted or to find stock for themselves and others both online or in the shops. That's why i've started saying look back over the last few pages as you will find all the info you need there. Then they say, well there are soooooooooooooo many to look through, what's the page number? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr as if I'm wanting to spend my time looking back for them if they can't be bothered to do it. I think one of the best ones was someone quoted a general stock update I'd done one morning after trawling around all the usual websites for over an hour, and they said please can you get me (whatever items they wanted) and i'll pay you what you paid plus any postage and for your time. What did they think i was, their personal shopper! And of course we've had loads of obvious resellers trying to glean info about what is the most sought after items and where can they get them...Ha, ha, no doubt i'll laugh about this in the future.

Whilst admirable that you are trying your best to contribute to this forum, I think you're being a bit ambitious there trying to cover that many stores when you've been flat on your back for so long you'll be absolutely exhausted and could exacerbate your symtoms further - even the most fit hamster hunters would be shattered doing that...and as for a 40 minute car drive, you must be mad with such a significant problem (if you really do have to do it, stop after 20 mins and get out and walk about a bit). I'd suggest you ring them all first thing to see if its worth you actually going as its a long way to travel if they don't have stock or even if they do, if they can't reserve it for you - cos it will be go go gone within minutes of the shops opening.

Just had an e mail from John Lewis saying I haven't picked up my order and that it will be returned if I don't within 7 days. How odd, I only ordered a house and picked it up and signed for it earlier on in the week. Should I be excited that they might of accidentally packed my house twice on the same order number...doubt it, but it would be nice if they had!

Technically then can but its not apparently good for them as animals can be lactose intolerent and it gives them the runs - Not from my knowledge base, I googled it to find the answer!!!
