I know this is a daft question, but have you checked your details to make sure your phone number is on them as some have had the same thing and actually their hamsters were already waiting for them instore but the store couldn't contact them as they had no telephone number (or may be sometimes the store just doesn't have the telephone number for some reason - have you rang them to check). My hamster from them took about 4 or 5 days to arrive.
Just called them again and Chunk has just arrived there this morning! hooray!
At least I've been lucky this time after my half price light saber fiasco!0 -

Some people have more than one child to buy for or want all 4 hamsters for their child - the question should be what has it got to do with you what she got 4 for...:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -
one if each, not all chunk, so she's got the whole set for her little boy0

My son is 14 and will love the hamster!
We moved last year and in the process we accidently put out Gupi (electronic guinea pig) in with the stuff for the charity shop. He was a share present one year between my children and even I miss Malcolm our Gupi!
My son won't be interested in the accessories other than the skateboard but my daughter will love it if I make her a house and blanket etc.
And I'm forty something and I will enjoy the hamsters!Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.0 -
I've got 3 hamsters one for each of my girls, the little one is too young really so she can just watch hers scurrying around inside the house etc. I'm going to put the hamsters in their stockings and get my OH to set up the house and add ons on Xmas eve so that it is ready to play with when they get up, there is nothing worse than having 3 lots of toys that all need taking out of boxes and setting up, sometimes it takes half an hour to take the ties off some of the toys as they fasten them in so tight.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

I think 4 will be too much fun for me!
I have 3 now that Chunk's turned up (Mr Squiggles for DS who is 7, Chunk for DD who is 5) and will give Pipsqueak to my nephew also 7.
My older nieces and nephews 11-13 age range aren't in the slightest bit interested in having the hammies for christmas - they are all in to other stuff0
