yes... they were dispatched as stated in my post and arrived the next day via hdn..

all different.. num nums, chunk and pipsqueak..

Just now it said 4 left in stock and when i searched again they are at 7.99 with no last stock warning - it still keeps changing intermittently when i do fresh searches.

Did you order from amazon? I've only been on the lookout for 20 minutes and already got a headache hamster style!!

Says in stock then out of stock then lets me go through checkout - then out of stock - done this 5 times now - and be carefull it threw in the one for £50 once just for good measure - I thinks its all messed up again from all the hits.

AMAZON themselves have sold at this low price before. In fact, I believe that has been their own normal price whenever they had stock of their own. It is certainly the only price that I saw them sell at.

Remember, they should have or be getting their own stock from Character this week.

Character's online sales through their own website are only a small part of their business ... their business wholesaling to Amazon and the like is Much bigger.

Why wouldn't you think Amazon have stock and would 'sell as bait'? Big brands need to preserve their reputation and I don't think that Amazon would sell stock that they really don't have.

I would hazard a guess that Amazon's stock was probably more than Character's own.

I've enjoyed your updates, but that one's maybe just a little too OTT.

It is not 'when' they cancel ... makes it look like no one will get one ... but it could be an 'if they cancel' if things went so fast that they oversold.

One thing I am sure of is that Amazon did have stock at that price and you can forget the idea of baiting without stock. IMO Amazon would not do that.
