That is just it I have no cars garages no hamster, all thanks to littlewoods and amazon looked on ebay today and the seller is only selling the garage for £5 more which seems reasonable and at least you get it and not all this mess:rolleyes:

I bought my hamsters and the slide from ebay. Paid about £4 more on ebay as i had a 10% discount voucher and about £10 more altogether for the 2 hamsters.

I have to say re the Hooray conversation last night - I have found Carol really helpful and you can tell she cares about her customers. She is sending my house out today after waiting to see if she had a spare slide for me too (she did but i passed it to the next customer as i got the one off Ebay)

Good luck today everyone - think i am done - although might be tempted to get a bed or 2 if they were at RRP
Cost of this Hamster Hunt (inc postage):

had to keep updating the basket though.....who knows if it was a glitch or not. 7.99 is a bargain!

It isn't character selling these on Amazon they just say 'by character options' as you would say 'iphone by apple'. I've had another look and the rest of their hamsters are £49.99 being sold by this seller so no doubt these hamsters were listed as bait to get people to look at their site - I doubt they have any at 7.99...
I am going to be very:mad: if they have and send them out and not to me because it is just not fair, looking for the email that amazon sent me to email them and tear them off a strip but as you say it is not them that are selling it but through amazon, not happy at all, not in the slightest but then again no money was taken:rolleyes:
All I can say is DON'T RELY ON THE AMAZON DEAL YOU HAVE JUST GOT OR THINK YOU HAVE GOT, if you find elsewhere buy also

As per previous posts, don't get too excited they may well cancel your order when they cannot fulfil it... why would any company sell the hamsters £2 under the RRP - unless they were using it as bait...

  • Sometimes when you click on the Amazon link it shows you at 7.99 but other times it then flicks to the 49.99 deal. I have tried 4 times in a row and the page was 7.99 then 49.99 then 7.99 then 49.99 - seems dodgy to me.
