The Argos Reserve and collect thing, if someone doesnt pick up after 24 hours it manually goes back to the store onhands, meaning, if you check at 7 am when the staff start their shift up to 9 am is probably the best times.

my sister-in-law managed to get some playsets from there last week. Glad you got your hamsters!

The store manager told me today that night time is the best time - they're released from reserve after the last store closes (apparently). She said that any new stock is always reserved by the time she gets into work - so much so she's trying to get hold of them!!

its manual like I said so each store may have its own policy.

Think it must of been your post I read that prompted me 2 look in Boots, I wouldn't have thought 2 go in there 2 look 4 hamsters. So Thank You :T
Just wish I'd been in the week earlier though 2 grab the playsets 2
