brilliant, how nice to hear about good customer service - been let down by 3 web stores to date trying to order Chunk!!
whoops forgot to quote - I refer to Hooray - good on her as well for cancelling those bulk orders.

I have to say that my experience with them has been fantastic. Carol is extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as I think they definitely more customer focussed than any other place I have shopped :j

I wouldn't worry, I ordered a house from there on Tuesday and picked it up in the store after 2 on Wednesday - very speedy service...

Ive ordered one and paid £3 for delivery 3-5 days, dont think thats a bad price!!

Anyone in the South Wales area, Went on a Hamster hunt in Cardiff today managed 2 get the 3 hamsters I needed 2 complete my lil hamster family from Boots.

And they were on 3-4-2 offer !!! :j They had a delivery late yesterday but only hamsters no playsets.
