When i spoke to her after the first big listing a few weeks ago, someone had ordered 25 funhouses, hence the message she now has on the site - she had been getting abuse from customers for not letting them buy in bulk

Just read their website and they have put a warning msg regarding multiple orders and abusive calls/ emails.

Completely her decision...she's not a big company. She's a local supplier who set up 6 months ago. She can choose who she sells to I assume?

It was a strange thing walking in there actually. After hunting for hamsters I was surrounded by them! No balls though :-(

They appear to be very customer focussed and are more interested in looking after the needs of their customers than selling for sellings sake. Which will keep her customers coming back year after year. I kept ringing up for stock updates and to find when they were going to be listing etc and always shared the info on the forum, which I told Carol about. Next time I rang for an update, she said "is that maximouse?" what a hoot she'd had a shifty on the forum to see what we were all up to. She told me they had been so busy that she had nearly forgotten to put away a set for her son for xmas. I said no probs, i'd sell her one :rotfl:she asked if she could have any discount and I said no, but i'd throw in a free bed :rotfl::rotfl:

I think it is really admirable that she is only allowing one per customer.. Good on her for not cashing in on it in an unrealistic manner! I will be buy from them again for sure! - (If I get the funhouse I have hopefully just ordered :rotfl: )
