Read my post on the previous page - you've ordered a playset (which can be any of 3 - ball, skateboard, surfboard) and you can't choose which one.

I think i am officialy go go gone mad, i have a ball and need the wheel so orderd 3 of john lewis when i saw playsets in stock....now i have gone back and read the description the wheel is not even there...oh well if i get a ball will happily swap any1 for a wheel..hamster madness is infectious:rotfl:

You might be lucky. Others have tried ringing their customer services to try and get them to pick the ball, but they couldn't help. I think most that reported the outcome on here (when they received the order) said they didn't get the ball although I recall one did. Fingers crossed...

Someone posted a link from the US yesterday with some new stuff (clothes etc) coming out and there was one extra hamster . Checked it just now and theres also Scoodles, Jilly, Winkie and Nugget all new colours, available for pre-orders in the US!! $22.00

Best thing to do is go onto all the usual suspect sites, for example, character-online, hoorayfortoys, boots, toysrus and register with them. Then if anything gets listed, you can log in quickly and your address details will already be there, and you'll save time and reduce the risk of your basket emptying whilst you are madly trying to type your details in. If you have pre-warning that something is going to be listed at a particular time, got onto the site beforehand and log in, then just keep refreshing until the item appears then grab it. If when you look at your basket, there is only one item and you ordered 2, don't waste time going back to try and add another as the liklihood is that there is only one in there because there is no longer 2 left. If you don't check out then, then that will also disappear... Also, take note of any things in the description that say, for example, only 2 per order, as if you try to add more and think you've got away with it, your order will be cancelled. When I e mailed hoorayfortoys with a query last week they told me that they would only allow 2 of any item per customer (it only said something about no bulk orders) and that anyone who checked out with more than 2 of any particular item had their whole order cancelled. A few people had tried to order 25 houses - now even I don't have that many kids to buy for :rotfl:
