As quoted in previous post jusonne.co.uk have beds (only green left though ) at 9.99 plus p+p still more than rrp but better than fleabay prices

Yes i saw them on Jusonne last week. They have houses and hammys as well bit higher than rrp but again better then fleabay.
Also going of subject they got some stocking fillers for low prices as well . Not that im biased as i hadnt used them before but did get my beds and carriers yesterday which was quick delivery.

  • More than 5 hammies available at Rugeley Argos in Staffordshire.
  • I too ordered from TRU and paid by Paypal for 2 hamsters and delivery - £24.93. The order did not go through, yet my paypal funds have been taken and are `pending`. I called TRU 2 times, one lady told me I need to speak to Paypal, the other said I didn't and the money would `fall` back into my account within 7 days. Clearly the staff at TRU do not know what they're talking about!

Please add me to your list of unhappy customers - I purposely have chosen not to give TRU a penny of my money this Christmas and am taking my business elsewhere........the way they have treated customers is disgraceful.

Who do we believe then? is it toysrus or paypal that we need to contact to get the money back? its unclear and unfair when they are both pointing the finger at each other like this
I said this last night when i had a similar situation with next, i had to have the company fax my banks back office and the funds were released to my acct within an hour, they need to fax as it cant be done via phone and they have to state u dont owe anything.

I like u all had a major runaround form the store of *it' down to the bank etc* but it isn't, my amount was several hundred so really annoyed me.
I did though get an apology and a goodwill gesture from next.
Not that meant anything as thye had, had no right to withold my funds for an order they ddnt have.

Thanks to all who have replied so far regarding paypal keeping your money for 30 days, even though you do not have an order of any kind with toysrus. This is only going to get worse before Christmas, unless we act now. So far I have 5 open letters including mine. Come on I know there must be dozens of us.

    Cheers
