I called them up and they are saying they are temporally out of stock. Not sure why they haven't updated the orders . Play often do this and leave you on back order for weeks. They only take the money when they ship so you can leave it and cancel if you get another one elsewhere.

I have only just placed order with toys r us this morning that has not gone through so now they/paypal are holding £45 from dh account that we do need. Obviously not got any letters yet as it has only just happened

i have had 2 lots of 44.91 taken from my account as i was trying to order a set of 4 hamsters for my aunt but the site kept crashing at payment stage. i was told by a toysrus direct member of staff that it should be back in my account within 48hours and its isnt. it sounds like it wont be there til xmas. so please add me to your list stebiz
