  • I picked up my hamsters from Boots last night and managed to liberate Mr Squiggles from his box :) I have to say the wheels are a bit vicious as I tried putting it on my hand etc to see what they were like. Have decided now to hold back on giving one to my little girl who is 1 (was just going to let her play with it whilst supervised) until she is a bit older. Her brother (4) is still going to get his but I'll have to keep my eyes on her grabbing hold of it as I would worry about it nipping her delicate skin.

hi has anywhere given an idea of dates that beds or carriers will be around . Just need somewhere for the fury fellows to sleep now

Only known stock coming into UK is Character on 18 December but they may choose not to list on their site just distribute to retailers due to us crashing their servers lol.

I think if our kiddies only play with this stuff for a few days and then gets stuffed into toy boxes we should do a James May, all meet up connect our houses/add ons etc together and make the biggest hamster run ever - and then get stinking drunk!!!!!

Ithink you may have just found the cure for all our hamsteritis:rotfl::rotfl:

Maybe we should at least wait till the day after boxing day!

I've just had an PM from Martin in reply to my mine, explaining the problems many of us on here are experiencing with toysrus reserving funds, and keeping hold of them for 30 days. Martin has kindly said he'll have a look at the thread. Can those experiencing difficulties please post so Martin doesn't have to trawl through dozens of pages.

Here's a copy of the mail from paypal
