Hi, i have a reservation code for 2 hamsters in Leicester Belgrave gate, that i was hoping my hubby could pick up but he is now unable to do so. PM me if you a near and are able to collect today. thanks

This happened to me earlier in the week - went to get cash from cashpoint and bank wouldn't let me - when I called them turned out my card had been compromised and there were fraudulent transactions on my account

They cancelled card and are sending a new one by Monday - but do be careful where you are entering your card details hammy hunters!

I've just had an PM from Martin in reply to my mine, explaining the problems many of us on here are experiencing with toysrus reserving funds, and keeping hold of them for 30 days. Martin has kindly said he'll have a look at the thread. Can those experiencing difficulties please post so Martin doesn't have to trawl through dozens of pages.
