yes thats what i guessed. I got a reservation at one store for the funhouse and another for the half price hammy - presume that will be ok tho?

I had the same thing (I assume you mean 2 reservation No's, one for a hamster one for the funhouse?) and I went and paid at the till rather than at the quick pay booths so that I could pay for them both together. That way I got the discounted hamster.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

No I mean I've got a reservation for a funhouse in cribbs causeway and and another reservation number for Bedminster for the hammy - it was all on one trannsaction tho and I got one email confirming both numbers. Presume i better get the funhouse first to prove i've bought it and then go and get the hammy?

You can bring up one reservation and then click to add another reservation at the self paypoint. I did it yesterday - hammy came up half price as they then are all listed together. HTH

I'd check that, as I'm sure my friend was told it had to be in the same transaction.

my worry is that I go and get my funhouse and go all the way accross town to pick up my hamster and they say i've got to pay full price as its a different shop? Dont really need another hamster but as its only a fiver I thought I might as well, make a good present for someone.

I had another heated discussion with boots.com today about them cancelling the houses I'd ordered on 3 for 2 because they'd run out of stock (they confirmed the order but sent me a cancellation e mail the day before delivery date!). Got nowhere though. They did provide a useful insight though, their buy it now is not updated according to stock levels in real time i.e. accounting for orders placed, so that means anything that is ordered from there that looks like it is in stock, may actually not be. What a rubbish system!

I can confirm that as long as you have them on the same reservation you will pay the 24.99 price if you explain and pay at the till :)

Failing that you could always buy the funhouse then take it back to the other store and re-buy it along with the hammy. I'm sure if you explain the the person on the returns desk they will be happy to do it for you.
