Ha Ha - have managed to reserve at Argos Cribbs for the funhouse and then I'll have to shoot over to Bedminster to pick up my half price hammy!!

Your welcome leeann. Got my spiral and wheel from them and they were very helpful. I need the ball and surboard for the full set but not getting hopes up. Kids have all the rest and I will prob get the others in the sales.

I have 2 hamsters funhouse and now sprial, my dds are 6 &3 so the both want it....so need to get as much as I can...lol

If anyone would like it I now have a spare reservation numbers for funhouses for Argos at Cribbs Causeway Bristol and Emersons Green store Bristol. £19.99 Pick up by close of store tomorrow (6th). Good on them for not hiking up prices like some stores!

My contact inside Character tells me that they still have 150 Fun Houses in reserve and most likely they will be split into 2 releases :

Tomorrow morning
Tomorrow evening

Sorry, couldn't be specific about times as they haven't decided - last week, although I was told Friday evening, they released a load on Saturday afternoon that I didn't expect and only realised from watching the stock checker change over ... so you may want to keep on watching for random releases although the information that I get is pretty reliable.

After those fun houses Character's stock will be wiped out apart from any odd items that they find from a stock check. Those items may go on, but nothing vast in number.

The outlook for hamsters is a bit rosier than I posted yesterday. Delivery is due at Character next week (11th) rather than 20th. Nothing else next week though.

Once again, if you are lucky enough to get one, then do remember that it is FREE delivery from Character for orders over £25, so for best value it may make some sense to buy a cheaper item alongside (£5.02+ if I get it right) rather than pay £4.99 postage for a single fun house ... you may want to have a look in advance so that you are at the ready and can have something else that you can use as a gift in your basket. They do have a find by price section on their search tools.
