Have managed to get a car and garage from Argos reserved last night in Nottingham after stores had closed so I guess somebody had not picked it up after reserving.Had to search through all the Argos stores that I have relatives nearby,my brother won the job of collecting.He'll have to bring it to Manchester as well as it can be his pressie to his niece.Postage and packing saved.
A slide,a wheel and the elusive ball to get yet,its like the world treasure hunt championships.

I am so happy, just come back from shopping trip to Sainsburys and guess who was sat on a shelf looking at me.....Pipsqueak and Chunk.....I nearly fainted!! (£14.99 which was a bit steep - but at least I have them) at last I now have hamsters to go in my house, and not just 2 either, I have also just had an e-mail from my ebay purchase of Num nums last night (£10) to say she will post it tomorrow for me!! so not only have I got 3 hamsters but they are all different too!! wwwooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooo!!! the kids are going to be soooooo happy I can't wait for them to see them on Xmas morning!!

My mission in now complete,....well nearly, just need a ball now!!

I wonder if play.com's system is similar to Hoorays'. They told me that when they clicked on whatever to cancel an order, that the item automatically showed up in stock on the website again. So as play.com have probably hundreds of people who have ordered go go items, that are showing as 'on order' or 'awaiting stock' in their accounts, may be if the person goes into their account and clicks on cancel, then it might automatically go back onto the website - hence small quantities keep showing up intermittently, even though they are actually pending and not in stock - just a thought anyway...

Quite amusing that Blah haven't got back to me - I sent them 2 emails that night they messed up (the second being rather shirty) - I don't think there is anything they could say really!!! Althought i will ring them tomorrow - that will be fun - along with MOE to make sure they have cancelled my order.
