This is probably a big conspiracy with Character, they're probably selling all their stuff merrily whilst we are in an Ebay frenzy.

I hope that people don't get everyone canceling their auctions.

I was totally against it when ebay stopped sellers from leaving negs but now I am glad because buyers can NEG greedy sellers if they cancel hamster auctions and the greedy sellers will just have to suck it up!
Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.
  • I have already paid for the two I have won. Waiting for the emails from the sellers trying to cancel.

Just won one on ebay - managed to get in at the last minute and paid £6.21 by paypal for it - a bargain I know. Have just had an email from the seller to say they will not honour it!!! ANybody know if this is allowed? Can't believe I actually managed to win one (have been hunting for weeks and never seem to manage to get any breaks) for under RRP and now I can't have it!

Tell them it's a legally binding transaction and ask WHY they won't now honour it...!

It's worth it just for that isn't it :T

So worth it. Kids have 1 hamster each, a house to share, now the car and garage and also 2 fake beds...... all got within 24hrs.

    One VERY happy mummy tonight!

    Good point.

I've paid for mine will wait and see, they've both got good feedback, and I have paid over the RRP so they can't be too unhappy.
  • Cant believe ebayers are trying to cancel these auctions, its their own faults for putting a low start price, thats the risk they take! tut tut!

Make sure you do not agree to end the sale so that they will still have to pay the fees and hopefully get a strike.

Also NEG NEG NEG them as they cannot neg you. Absolutely disgusting if they do not honour the sale.
