Tesco had a couple of each of the playsets in store today, but they are £19.97 each. :mad:

Probably inflated prices for their soon to start toy sale.

Just wanted to thank EVERYONE for all the helpful posts on the site. I am pretty much done. Even ordered a starter set with patches frm the US. Just got a pink and purple bed to find but is not the end of the world if I dont.

Hi All, First post so sorry if someone has already mentioned this.

I called John Lewis Oxford Street yesterday as they had over 20 Balls showing on the screen, Peter Jones also had roughly the same amount (Told by JL Bluewater). They only charge £3 to deliver or free if you spend over £30.

I don't know about the John Lewis shops but you'll find that on John Lewis online they are classed as the 'playsets' and the ball picture is just an example of one of 3 different ones you could get (surboard and skateboard are the others) - they pick which one to send you. One forum user tried to ring customer services the other day to ask if she could have the ball, but they said they couldn't say which playset she would get. They are now out of stock online - no doubt many didn't read the description and will be disappointed when the ball doesn't turn up.

That's interesting, because John Lewis online has sold out of everything, even though thay were just selling random products and customers had no choice (exc the Fun House).

Also a little telling that although everything is marked out of stock, it is only the Fun House that they have an 'email when in stock' option .... maybe that's all they expect to get back in.
