I am slightly warped.
I have read through most of your thread, are you still planning on moving, amd did your delightful flatmate find someone to share with her. (lord help them)

well she thinks she might know a couple who might want to move in, she's determined she doesnt want to move back to her mums.

But whether or not she gets her !!!! in gear and sorts it out is anyones guess!

Otherwise I'll just hang on till january when the tenancy finishes neway. In which case she'd be best off sorting it out now, or the landlord will be turfing her out neway, thats what he told me anyway..

So in a word, yes I am still planning on moving, the sooner the better as well. Although will soon have to sort out all the companies to ring etc! But I feel like I cant do it until she tells me whether or not she has got someone to move in..............

or maybe i shud tell her she needs to find someone by x?

whats the consensus?>

Ive resigned myself to it being the cherry on top of the cake, and the sooner I get out the better.

I know sometimes accidents happen, its just a difference in attitude when it does happen me thinks........ well anyway........

I now only have 5 working days left!!!!

CAFC, maybe you could mention that the landlord will be showing someone round who is interested in the flat from when the lease is up, that might gee her up.

I've told her that if she cant find anyone else then the landlord will cancel the tenancy completely unless she pays 100% of the rent and can find £825 deposit by whenever I want to move out.

I was aiming for 1st December........... to be out.Will have to try another attempt tomorrow I think

the financial penalty is I could lose £825 deposit for terminating the tenancy early........

but you're right, Im gonna have to give her a fairly large kick up the !!!! tomorrow, might even play the "Ive found somewhere to move to" card....
