Well not in this house my friends.

Peanuts is GORGEOUS! She's a lovely charcoal grey colour, we named her Peanuts because she came in a box that had a sticker on the side of it that said 12 x Peanuts, from the pet shop!

She's in a cage in our front room, she's not quite tame yet. Wanted to have a real house bunny but we've got far too many leads and cables for her to fry herself on so decided against it!

    Latest Update!!!

Spent £4.75 today and stuff for the rabbit, couldn't find retailer of the above mentionned ready grass, so to wilkinson it was, should last a few weeks tho. Flatmate paying next time :)

Yesterday made dinner from cupboard contents. So will update the above contents list, so I can keep a running tally!

Decided to use the £50 that I got to good use, well in my opinion anyway.Have bid on an ikea sofa and two chairs for the flat on ebay.I'm winning at the mo' on £62, is worth over £250. Going to ebay the one I've got now, which isnt in bad nick at all but makes the flat look a bit of a student refuge, and since Im gonna be here for the duration! I thought it was a good idea and I still do. I know that putting it to debts would have been good, but I just want to get my budgets ready before I look into extra ways to make some money.

I dont know if that sounds a bit stupid, but my payments are all covered by my wages, so my desire was to pay it off sooner rather than later, but I'm not struggling to meet my payments.

Anyway just off to review how I did with my week's goals, and to devise some new ones! Am actually really proud of self for last week, can I do it all again this week?

Since the rabbit meat conversation started, Peanuts hasn't been as playful.

I suffer at the hands of both my Dad and one of my husbands friend. They always ask when we are having rabbit for tea :(

    People are so mean.

When my Dad came to visit, he bought a casserole dish and left it next to her cage!

    Poor little blighter!

    Now that is really cruel.

I take it in good humour. But then my dad is farmer and rabbits are pests as they eat all his grass.

Wow thanks for that bit of advice!

Also registered with quidco in the process.Do you find you make much through that system? Does everyone go through quidco to make any online purchases?

Am also looking into buying a smoothie maker through quidco from Tesco, but I get all flustered buying things these days? Is this what it means to be truly DFW?

I have made £119 so far with QuidCo (since March) and I haven't done that much. There is a dedicated QuidCo thread on MSE as well. basically if you are looking to put your hand in your pocket at any time, check on QuidCo first. You can also do daily searches for things via Kelkoo, The High Street & Dealtime to rack up extra pennies too.

The money trickles in over months, not all at once so I am using it to pay for a concert & night in a hotel in London, in November.

Glad you decided against the smoothie maker if you don't even use your juicer. Yep, becoming a DFW makes you look at all your purchases in a whole new light! ;)

If you have a stick blender (about £7 or so from Tescos I think) then perhaps you can whizz up fruit that way.

    Good luck with QuidCo!

Is it dreadful that I have juicer that I haven't used and a stick blender that's been out twice since march?!

Im trying to get some little pots together of random amounts so that one day I can pool them altogether and either have a big ol' treat or pay off everything that little bit earlier!
