Unfortunately a lot of the spending was on things like haircut, dinner etc.....

I had a fnatastic weekend and I do feel better for it, but then like with all breaks from the norm, reality soon sinks in.

Right my little notebook is going in my handbag. The spending diary starts tomorrow!

    Any more bright shiny ideas?

Difficult to return dinner. Even it if can be done, the refunds do tend to be paltry... :D

Well hopefully that along with your other pieces of good news will mean your spending will be quite frugal from now on.

It might be an idea to see what you can do at nights/weekends that is cheapish. You give a faint impression that you are stuck in a rut.

You'll have to give us the low-down in a week's time.

OK so you've been a very naughty girl - but at least you felt well enough to go out and do it, so you're obviously feeling better - so that's progress in my eyes!!!!:j :j

Now nose to the grindstone and on with the spending diary x

No. Remember, this is me - even saying "I'm in a rut." isn't all that obvious. Certainly not today...

Then it was money well spent. Wasn't it? Go on...don't just nod...tell yourself.

Now you just need to find ways of having a better time, but spending less. Time with others needn't be expensive. Talk is cheap as they say, and not talking is just about free...;)

You should be planning the demise of your insecurities (so your confidence can shine), rather than masking them. Of course that's easier said than done, but it's possible.

Well the end to another day.

Had to the worse nights sleep! Felt sick, and aggitated etc. Was awful. Felt better as day went on, but will be having a nice long bath, and early to bed!

On the spending diary front, does it count if I spent my Tesco voucher (£5) which I got for free?

ooooooooooooooh just wanted to add in my excited state that last night I listed on ebay a £25 John Lewis gift voucher that I bought last year for a wedding pressie that I actually forgot about and got another pressie!

Anyway listed as nowhere near perfect but ok if you wanna spend it yourself, since its a bit creased from being in my purse and I dont live anywhere near one, and it's up to £17.01 already!

Was hoping for maybe £20 for it. I dont know why I'm so impressed, guess I didnt think it would get any bids till the 6th day!
