Well done Kayleigh for finishing your assignment
Hiya Maz.....bet you're excited about the move!!
SRM....I'm shattered after reading all that you've done this morning.

Well (Maz) went to the gym last night and weighed myself (eek). Thankfully have only put on a couple of pounds despite not exercising at all for the past two months.

Didn't feel as good as I'd hoped afterwards. Maybe it takes a while for the endorphins to kick in??

Feeling very positive at the moment, despite a personal setback, and am determined to improve my life in many ways....
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
