  • I am confused now. I have dealt with the cccs, they have given us advice and told us what to do next. The problem i am having is with the bank charges. They said that we had to do this ourselves, however, i have been looking at all the info, all the links and downloads and i am overwhelmed with it all and not sure which one i should be sending.
letter to bank reclaiming charges plus notices of arrears and income and expenditure form.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

  • I sat in my branch this morning crying my eyes out whilst the personal banker stared stoney faced back at me. The bank have taken out their new charges and havent paid our mortgage, council tax or water rates. We are having letters from everywhere saying they are not paid.

I cant go on like this, i am becoming depressed, i have even contemplated running under a lorry so that my hubby and daughter will get the mortgage and my life insurance, this is what HSBC have done to me

Do what I said above or call them on this number
The telephone number is 0845 6006423 and is available Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00. This is made clear in our letter and the customer is advised to quote "LCC01" when telephoning so that they can be directed to the correct team.

Have the above I&E in front of you.
Explain how the charges are making you feel as well. Remember we are still here fighting for you as well so do not give up on the fight quite yet.
