DCA sent me Photocopy of alleged CCA

Options
Hi, I sent cca's out one month ago and received back today a bad photocopy of an aggreement signing page dated 1997. Is this all that is required, or do they have to send more?. They say they have an agreement dated 26 sept 2009 and your account was assigned to us the dca and all monies are now due. Do I send them a letter stating they have failed to send me the proper documents?. Also should I now send out the 12 plus 2 day letter to the others, or wait untill the 12 plus 2 plus 30 is up in a couple of weeks time?. I cant remember ever signing this agreement at all anyway!.

Can you scan this and post the link?

And if the photocopy is bad enough, actually that is sufficient to render the document unsatisfactory.

Hi Ras, I'm pretty new to computers I'm afraid and don't really know how to do it!:o. I have a scanner that I can then save the scanned file to the pc, but its from then on I'm in the dark on what to do, perhaps someone could enlighten me?. Is it only a photocopy that is required to prove a debt as I'm a little confused on what they have to supply you with exactly?. Would a photocopy of the signing page of the aplication document be enough information to a court?. I read somewhere that they had to submit certain things to comply with the cca request by law?.

No - an application fornm is not a CCA, even if it says it is a Consumer Credit Agreement on the top of the page.

Scan it to the PC as you already know.
Open the scanned file in something like mspaint, and block out any personal details. Click file, save as, and save it as a jpeg file with a suitable filename.
    Goto http://imageshack.us/
    Click on browse,
Find your file and double click it.
    Click start upload.
On the upload page should be a set your URLs, you want the 'direct link to image'

Post that link here, it will be something like http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/3385/forumbutton.png

As per my post on your other thread, the 30 day letter is no longer legally valid. In April 2007, it ceased to be an offence to chase a disputed debt.

Hi, So what do I send them instead then if they can't produce a CCA. Im really confused now, there must be a similar up to date letter then?. Could anyone steer me in the right direction? I have been looking at the post on here by 'never-in- doubt, is he wrong for putting these template letters on then?.
