Although it has the words, this is your credit agreement at the top. I agree it looks like an application form too with the wording just above where you signed.
As already mentioned, no mention of the APR, Credit available etc. So it doesn't seem enforceable.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Dead in the water this lot. Send the letter fermi posted for you elsewhere and report them to the OFT if you hear any more after that.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Hi, Everyone After recieving a letter on thursday saying that they are suspending activity on this account,I have recieved a letter saying they feel they have fulfilled their obligations and I should now contact them for payment. Should I just ignore it as they have had all the letters including the 'not a true copy' etc.?.0

Hi everyone. I have recieved a letter from the DCA who sent me this CCA this morning,it says; 'As we have now purchased this debt we are authorised to recover the full amount. This is a formal notice of intended court action we intend to take unless you pay the sum you owe. If court action is taken and the court considers your failure to pay to be due to your refusal or neglect to pay, an order for payment may be made. If you fail to pay in accordance with a court payment order the following may occur';
A process of enforcement by court officers
An order for deductions from your earnings
An unpaid court order may be made.
THIS DEBT WILL NOT GO AWAY.
They have had all the letters saying the CCA is not enforceable and the no visits or phone calls letter etc. Any ideas for the next move?. They still ring but I will not speak to them:mad:0 -

Hi, Sorry for dragging this up again. RW solicitors have sent another letter saying that if I don' pay then I will be taken to court and inccur costs and charges. I sent them a letter telling them that the account is in dispute/default and unenforcable last week but they seem to have just ignored it!. Should I send them another one or is there another template for this situation?.0
