DCA sent me Photocopy of alleged CCA

Hi, I cant seem to get the scan to upload. For now I will tell you what is on the photocopy. It is a final signing page from an aplication for a co-op visa card 1997. It contains my name and address, date of birth,my signiture,the date,the card number is on a section at the bottom with another signiture,date and the credit limit which is £4700 with £500 wrote underneath it but crossed out.There are a few terms and conditions at the top of the page and smallprint agreement top left. All very poor quality.The credit limit of £4700 was increased without any notification to me at all and ended up at £9000,which the alleged debt now stands.Most of the debt is charges that the co-op and two DCA's have added over the years.There are a lot of empty boxes not filled in and there is no percentage rate anywhere on the ducument. The DCA say they have satisfied my request an now want the money because the account is overdue. I can send the scanned image by email if anyone wants to see the image but I can't at the moment work out how to link the image to the forum. Any ideas anyone? I was quite hoping Rog would see this!

Why will it not let me write the word dog with a 1 after it?. So it's the woof woof word with idia word followed by a 1 . All one word

idia dog 1 but with no spaces insert that.

Secondly, i can see far too much information about you on the scan

Can you take it down, cover the address completely, remove the DOB, cover the signature and remove the long number in the bank and office section plus the contact number at the very bottom of the page. then re-post.

If this was a Visa credit card and this is ALL the documentation sent to you, then is is completely faulty - NO Prescribed terms at all. And it states " you must sign for your application to be considered", so it is an application form not a CCA.

HI, thanks for having a look at the CCA. I will take it down now, the stickers over the ID bits must have slipped on the scanner and I didn't check:o. For the other two CCA's I've recieved I'll be more carefull and use a different Photo hosting site so they will be easier to view!. That is the only piece of paper they sent me with a letter saying they have an agreement,but I havn't seen it. The follow up letter after I sent the 'not a true copy' letter says they disagree with me and they believe the alleged CCA is enforceable. What do I do now ?.
