You have posted under internet access not home phones, but you don't mention what sort of broadband service you require?
What are your LLU options? Look at https://www.samknows.com.No free lunch, and no free laptop

The OP has BT Broadband Option 1, so I'd imagine something similar/better for the same price (or better).
The only way you can find out if it will be the same price is to phone them up and ask them!0 -

If you want to stay with BT the best offer available is £7.33 for broadband option 1 and £10.25 line rental with free evening and weekends plus an extra £2.00 line rental discount (given as £24.00 one off credit)
you have to call bt customer options on 0800800030 opt10 -
Assuming you're happy with the BT phone, how about switching to O2 for your BB. There's 3 months free at the moment, plus a Quidco discount is also available. If you chose the Premium package, taking those discounts into account, you'd get a BB package for an average of £4.76 a month for 12 months (and less if you are an existing O2 customer).0

Surely that is dependent on having O2 LLU installed at the local exchange.. ??
O2 via BT costs a lot more and has a terrible reputation.0 -
OP: You can check if your exchange has LLU by doing a search at: Sam Knows
Those prices are the current O2 prices on an LLU-enabled exchange, taking into account the Quidco offer and three months free. Over a 12 month period, it's cheaper than what the OP is paying for broadband right now.
As a current O2 subscriber (with a BT phone line), I don't think it has a terrible reputation.0 -
Startech-Inactive is refering to non LLU O2 service, i.e the O2 Access service, which does indeed have major problems.
The O2 LLU services are excellent. No free lunch, and no free laptop
