Have searched this and can't find it, so hope not dupe.
Prize is a stone-built two-bedroom detached property, which stands in 18,000sq ft of land, in Oakwood in Chapel Lane, Allerton, Bradford.
Comp opens on November 2nd.
Involves clicking on ads and answering questions.
If a daily winner, must complete a weekly question, so must keep checking site.
Details and story behind it here
Entry and quite specific T&Cs here
***Edit***
Closing date amended. Please thank LizB62.
Having checked site again (sorry did not enter) it appears that they have said they may extend again, up to a max of April, if they do not earn the revenue they need.
Closing Date amended Again!
Please thank chopandchange.

I've read this - any idea whether you actually have to enter every single day, or could you get to the final byt being a daily winner just once? (I'm away for a week so def can't enter every day..)Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20100

The newspaper article does say "stands in 18,000sq ft of land" but T & C from website say
"Our stone, character detached property of approx 1800 sq ft plus secluded small garden and drive was valued at £425,000 prior to the economic downturn which according to recent media reports prices have risen again."0 -
:jHi
It's Michelle here from winahouseforfree I found this by chance as everywhere I turn it seems people are discussing us, and whether for good or bad we are grateful as it is going to help
I will have to be brief as possible as I have so much to do, but to answer a question I just chanced upon regarding how often to enter.
You do not have to enter every day you can come and go as you please right up until the last day and still be in with a chance to win, (you must answer the daily question to be entered into any daily selection process but once you know you have the correct daily answer then that may be used to enter up to 20 times that day- once through each route)
So whether, for example, you enter 1 day, every day, the 15th Dec, 7th Jan (these are just examples) then you Only Will Need to enter again IF you are Not lucky enough to be randomly selected from that day's entry routes. This will be the 20 people per day (one from each route) who will be those who have answered the question correctly therefore gone into the computer for random selection next day)
(even if you you are lucky enough to be one of the 20 to receive the weekly question you can still enter on a daily basis (Unless you are actually then selected as the 1 weekly finalist)
Whenever you do enter daily (by answering the question correctly) Then you Absolutely Must check the finalists gallery ASAP after 24 hours has lapsed (to see if you are selected as one of the 20 ) If Not then You Need to do exactly the same to Enter again on another (or as many as you want) day(s) if you want to try again to win the prize and just go through the process again as, basically, each day's entry selection / process is done with, except for the 20 each day who go onto the weekly final
Daily selected people ( 20 x seven days therefore 140 per week) then have to answer another (weekly ) question before they are entered into the weekly final from which only 1 [person per week is selected from the relevant weeks
You may hust keep repeating this daily / weekly process (if you want to) for 12 weeks Unles you are Actually selected a the 1 weekly person who automatically goes in to the final of only 12 (21 if necessary see site) finalists who are in with a chance to win the prize We will e-mail daily finalists to tell them they are through to that weeks final but as mail goes astray this is a courtesy only)
Hope that clarifiies it
it really is simple and once you have dione it once you will see how simple
Keep a watch out as we will release a simple voice over video tutorial hopefully by weekend
must go as doing three tasks at once here

(See post 3 below for more rules)
Please note: last time I posted a house comp (on the property forum, as it wasn't free entry) I got lots of stick from some people as they thought it was self-promotion, and I got quite upset. I'm just an MSE comper - honest! Please be nice to me!

Thanks, Gilla.
I've been reading the website some more to try and figure out how it works. It seems rather complicated. Not sure if I'm allowed to paste text from the website on here so I'll try and put it into my own words (it doesn't help that the website is rather poorly written at times):
You enter daily by clicking on adverts on the webpage. You have to find the advert that has a question hidden behind it and then answer the question. If you get it right you are entered into that day's draw. Not sure if there will be a time limit to answer it perhaps?
20 people will be picked each day out of those who get the daily question right, BUT you have to check in the winner's gallery to see if your name is there, otherwise you may lose your chance. Then one of those people will be picked for a weekly draw.
Then from each weekly draw someone will be picked to go into the final to win the house.
YAY! :j0 -
Hi all,
This has been on the local news a lot in the last couple of weeks.
The couple are struggling financially and have decided to raise money/clear their debts by holding a free prize draw for their home.
They have been getting sponorship through advertising on the prize draw i.e the reason you have to click through the 20 or so Ads a day. They have worked out that the sponsorship will pay off all their debt and they can have a fresh start. The prizedraw has been checked out to be within the law and the house does looks lovely.
Hope this helps.

They do have a get out clause though - term 30 of T&C
http://www.homefreeforall.com/house_wk01_day02/terms-and-conditions.html
romoters reserve the right to cancel the Prize Competition therefore by implication The Prize, at any time prior to or during the Prize competition should circumstances deem it necessary. It is not intended or foreseen that any such circumstance will occur, the absolute intent is to successfully hold this draw and give this named property to the Final winner unless such circumstances deem it necessary.£2021 in 2021 no.17 £1,093.20/£20210 -
What about clause 29 where it says they could offer an alternative prize of a lesser valued property and a cash sum up to the maximum left from funds after reasonable costs have been deducted - that indicates they have no intention of giving away their home.
Call me sceptical, but it's not often you get the chance to get something for nothing!!
Does anyone know of any of these 'house raffles' have actually been given away as a prize in the past?
