Should MSE update their cashback site listing?

Thought a poll might be interesting to see what everyone thought on the Cashback sites MSE currently promote.
Do you think MSE should update the Cashback sites they promote as WePromiseTo and Cashback Kings are no longer offering 100% cashback? Not to mention their customer service is also Slacking!
There are plenty of other sites out there which provide a better service and better cashback rates to the ones listed above.

An update is required yes.
WePromiseTo/greasy palm - I think everyone agrees on. Unreliable customer service and payments. Remove them.
CashbackKings - I wouldn't remove it but the rates it offers need to be compared to other sites.
Topcashback - To include up to 110% loyalty bonus?
Include other reliable top paying sites.....GetPoundsBack and Fatcheese.0 -

I agree totally with Wileycat :T
IMO both Getpoundsback and Fatcheese whom both offer 100% rates and ace Customer Service should both be given a "Official MSE post" feedback page.
Fatcheese may be only 6 Months old, they are however owned by experienced Cashback affiliate operators, payments are awarded same day as they are received with payments often made during the day they are requested and are sent from a faster payments sending account. :T
GPB offer 110% Customer Service, its owner is always about even when hes supposed to be away. Over the course of 20 Months ive been paid 1000.00 from GPB. :T0 -
I agree with BLF:T:T
GetPoundsBack and Fatcheese would both be 5/5PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &
for you all at the same time . Wish I was there to give you a big :grouphug: & emergency hobnobs

I agree emphatically with Wileycat,BLF and Numpty.
I have had nothing but ace service from GPB and FC is proving to be a very reliable cashback site, especially by introducing guaranteed payments for some merchants.
They are both open to suggestions for new merchants, which they seek out and implement whenever they are able. The CS on GPB is unparalleled imo, although FC is coming close.
WPT.....words fail me with how this can still be called a 100% site.
Quanti is another site that deserves a mention.A few months back, they hardly warranted a visit to the site, but over the last few months,by introducing their forum, they have rewarded members with daily and hourly prizes and have introduced loads more dailies and no spends, have reliable tracking and offer the best rates they can, although not always as much as some other sites.0 -
As noted above - we're currently undergoing a full re-research on the various cashback sites including polls for feedback on them (see this weeks email)
And yes we've noted what are and aren't 100% payers now. We're working on itMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

I know it has been mentioned that they are working on it, I just wanted to add my thoughts - I agree with everyone in this thread, FC and GPB are 2 of the best sites I am on at the mo, and I would agree with Baz about Quanti as well. Quanti used to be one of the last sites on my list to visit, now it's one of my first - FC, GPB and Quanti are all up there in my list of priority visits.
I love the Customer Service @ FC - very friendly and helpful - I can also see that the Customer Service is ace on GPB too, I've never had any reason to contact them, but where I see people contacting them I can see a response very quickly, and FC are great with their payments - as noted by BLF, payments are added to your account when they receive the money - even when it shows on your account you aren't due to be paid for another month or 2.
GPB are very swift with their payments as well, and good to see them having competitions as well. IMO I'd rather pay £5 a year and get good customer service and 100% cashback than 50% sites with no fee and poor customer service (some exceptions to this rule... as some 50% sites do have good customer service)0 -
I'm glad to see the article is being updated, and the points made regarding 100% promises have been duly noted. Can't really add to what others before me have said.
I use TopCashback as my preferred site now as the service, IME, is very good and the top-up helps..... I was impressed at the speed fatcheese paid too. GPB is a good little site too.
I've also been impressed with froggybank.0
