I'm not being pedantic (honestly) but I want to comment on the previous post, if you leave voluntarily you must show just cause, not good cause - there is a very big, very significant difference.
This is a good point, and one I had never thought about before. Depending on the situation in question, just cause and good cause can mean very different things.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Obviously made by someone who isn't employer by the DWP and not aware of the glacial progression up the spine rate and the 3 year below inflation pay deal that has just expired. not to mention the deplorable working environment. I could go on but you get the picture.0

Just cause is justifying that you had a good cause. Don't try to patronise, this is the internet.
Oh please, don't be rude, I'm trying to be helpful. If we tell people good cause is sufficient then we are potentially advising them to significantly worsen their situation.
