Nokia 6280 on '3' - Free Phone, Free 12m Contract

Phonebox direct are doing the very nice looking Nokia 6280 (2mp camera, cool design etc) on a '3' 12-month contract with FULL cashback. It's a refurb but for an extra 6 months free (they do the phone box fresh on a 6 months free promo) I think it's a fantastic deal. Best I've seen of late was the same refurb phone on the same 12 month contract but with 9months free.

Oh yeah it's the talk and text 700 contract.

Stocks are showing up as 'very limited'. Me and my partner got one each earlier today. Did a search here on Phonebox direct and people seemed happy with their cashback performance.

Hmm yeah, there are some bad reviews but...

(i) I've seen reviews there detailing faults of three or four phones that I've had no problems with. I don't think it's a case of my being lucky, rather them being unlucky.

(ii) Looking at reviews of other popular phones on the site there seems to be no more/no less bad reviews than the 6280.

(iii) People are always a lot more eager to complain than praise.

I ordered on sunday, so far only received an email confirming they have received my order. How did you find out the phone will be with you tomorrow? did you call PBD?

fair enough....got a w550i which was reputed to go funny, but hasn't yet so fingers crossed too.

I ordered this phone on saturday evening. I phoned on monday morning to make sure the phone was in stock as I have previously ordered other phones fom other sites and then get told they are out of stock. I was told they were in stock. So I expected them to be sent on the monday for tuesday delivery as you get free next day delivery. I'm still waiting and today is thursday. I phoned them today and was told they are awaiting stock! I can't imagine this ever order ever arriving.

I placed my order on Sunday and recieved it today.

The phone is in absolutely mint condition, cant tell the difference from brand new, the lcd screen protective film still on. Comes with CD, usb data cable, main charger. No car carger and memroy card.
