  • I am currently waiting for manager to call me back. I ordered personalised PJs nearly a month ago. They were in stock at the time of order. When the rest of my order arrived the despatch note says 21 days for the pjs. It is now over that time and after 2 calls to them yesterday they are still insisting that even if they still take another 3 weeks I still have to pay for them! I think not! They also cannot tell me why they are not despatched, as they are in stock but not in the warehouse????? They do say i will not get them by the weekend.

They have not upheld their side of the contract so neither am I. The cheek. (they were for a birthday this weekend)

    Update:

No callback recieved amd no responce to email. Useless articles:mad:

I've used them a number of times generally when they send the heavily discounted books through. I have an 8' black Christmas tree that was really cheap from them and get wrapping paper etc. I always pay the whole amount off when I get them and check what I would pay for the items I want from another supplier before ordering. I haven't had any problems.

I actually got my daughters bed from them. I had a style in mind but had not seen it anywhere then saw in in their catalogue. I had no problems, though I did pay for it right away.

I have bought from them this year on account. Spent 2 lots of just over £20 and will pay as soon as invoice received. Think you get what you pay for with this lot but I have had no problems/issues.

I'm another who have never found them to be great on customer service and been on the end of their huge charges. I closed my account down last year I think, and yet they STILL keep sending me all their flippin catalogues and junk mailings........I got so fed up of recycling it all that I return it as unsolicited mail now that the account is closed.

  • I haven't had any problems but I don't buy that much just a few bits around this time of year.

They have only recently allowed online card payments. I was amazed they hadn't had this facility previously!
